POSITION SUMMARY

The café team plays a crucial role in representing the company to our patrons, ensuring they enjoy a delightful coffee experience. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, processing customer orders, preparing beverages and food items, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean café environment. Team members are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge of our coffee, food, and retail offerings to uphold the highest standards of service.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Delivering an outstanding coffee experience within the café.

Crafting all coffee and specialty beverages according to company quality standards.

Providing prompt and friendly service to customers.

Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the café and all related equipment.

Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.

Encouraging personal growth and professional development by participating in training sessions and engaging in self-directed learning.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in espresso preparation and customer service within a restaurant or retail environment.
