Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience in leading teams and projects from start to finish on time and on budget. They will be responsible for tracking subcontractors' progress, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with various agencies for reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale commercial construction projects with confidence and expertise
  • Manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals and deadlines
  • Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, and productivity
  • Ensure quality control and safety of projects, with a focus on self-motivation and minimal micromanagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in commercial construction as an acting Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including scheduling software
  • Lead Superintendent experience is required
