As a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, regular reports, and ongoing observations
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in daily companionship and comfort activities with residents
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
