About FeldCare Connects

FeldCare Connects is a referral network that connects patients with healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our network and provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages
  • Work independently as an independent contractor
  • Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas
  • See patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement
  • Focus on treating patients and let our team handle administrative tasks
  • Use our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds
Qualifications
  • Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
  • Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC)
  • Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Smartphone
  • Bilingual is a plus
