About Infinity Systems

We develop profitable strategies for existing customers and conduct thorough market analyses in close collaboration with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify key contacts within the customer's organization and build personal relationships through regular communication.
  2. Create tailored solutions in coordination with all departments and the key account, negotiate and secure customer agreements in cooperation with relevant departments.
  3. Analyze revenue and profit figures for the customer portfolio and report them to superiors, including inputting them into project databases and our CRM system (Salesforce).
  4. Provide exceptional service and support as the internal and external point of contact for the managed customer portfolio.
