Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Team Lead to join our family of companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
  • Make decisions guided by policies, procedures and the local business plan, receiving guidance and oversight from manager.
  • Supervise and coach associates to meet deadlines, using judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day problems.
  • Impact the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives within their area.
