Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Manager to lead our Operating Unit's (OU) operational sustainability efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the OU's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with the global sustainability strategy and commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the OU's sustainability strategy, including technical sustainability strategy, innovation, and governance
  • Lead the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including carbon/climate, water, and supply chain sustainability
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships (PACS), and OU leadership teams
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase or retain sales, including activation and communications
  • Support the North America Carbon/Climate processes and report on environmental metrics
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sustainability leadership, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and change management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at senior levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex analysis of cost, developments, and strategic partnerships
  • Experience with sustainability reporting tools, such as The Sustainability Consortium's THESIS reporting platform and EcoVadis
