Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for directing all activities related to clinical supervision, monitoring and evaluating staffing and scheduling needs, and ensuring quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
Responsibilities- Direct clinical supervision of assigned department

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR certification
- Five years relevant clinical nursing experience
- Management experience with two years supervisory experience
- BSN degree or Bachelor's degree obtained within two years
