Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering direct nursing care following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.
  • Coordinating care among various healthcare professionals.
  • Executing physician and nursing orders effectively.
  • Assessing patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing is required prior to employment.
  • Certification in Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire is required.
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire is required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.

Education:
  • A diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at the time of hire is required.
