Job Title: District Asset Protection Manager

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Asset Protection Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will be responsible for developing, directing, and leading the implementation of our Asset Protection, Shortage Control, and Safety programs across all markets in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve safety
  • Train and oversee store management and shortage control associates to ensure proper execution of company policies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve asset protection incidents, developing strategies to reduce incidents and associated financial loss
  • Manage shortage control staffing, payroll, and expenses for all store locations in the region
  • Collaborate with District and Store Management, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and Control on all relevant Asset Protection and Shortage Control matters
  • Monitor and maintain physical security controls and systems for all assigned locations
  • Contribute to the development of Asset Protection programs and provide direction and leadership in initiating new programs
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of Retail Asset Protection experience, including District/District Management experience
  • Familiarity with asset protection programs and software, including XBR, Navistor, Wyzagwa, LPMS, and similar programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs
