Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Marketing Operations to join our team in Alameda, CA. As a key member of our Diabetes Care division, you'll play a critical role in supporting the commercialization of new products and managing key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Identify critical project issues and risks, and proactively manage project opportunities and issues.
  • Deliver project excellence by incorporating best practices in project management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • 5-8 years of managing projects, including knowledge of program management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product development or medical device product.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).
