Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with process owners to assess existing accounting workflows and design optimized future-state processes that align with the ERP framework.

Support the data team and Workstream Leads in establishing Data Profiling, Cleansing, Consolidation, and Conversion protocols.

Perform data reconciliations and validations during critical phases such as Mock Cut-overs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Cut-over.

Contribute to program communications and develop targeted messaging for the Fixed Asset subledger workstream.

Oversee data migrations and spearhead data quality initiatives focused on completeness, standardization, and deduplication.

Provide post-implementation support, including identifying resources, coordinating hypercare activities, and contributing to post-implementation surveys and analyses.

Evaluate, prioritize, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Extensive experience (10+ years) in ERP transformation initiatives, particularly from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, within the Media & Entertainment sector.

Comprehensive understanding of content accounting topics such as Amortization, Film and TV studio finance products, participations & residuals, and production accounting.

Strong grasp of Film, Studio, and Networks content accounting processes.

Practical experience with SAP modules pertinent to Finance and Fixed Assets.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Capability to analyze complex challenges, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools/methodologies is advantageous.

Certification in SAP Finance modules or related areas is a plus.
