KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Operations:

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials.
  • Safely transport construction tools and equipment.
  • Maintain an organized stock of materials and tools at the job site.

Site Preparation:

  • Clear work areas of debris to ensure safety.
  • Excavate sites for installations, ensuring precision in measurements.
  • Prepare external systems, including trenching and backfilling.
  • Ready internal systems by protecting customer property and removing existing concrete.

Foundation Repair Installation:

  • Install piers to provide structural support.
  • Secure wall anchors to prevent lateral movement of foundation walls.
  • Conduct repairs in accordance with established safety protocols.

Waterproofing and Drainage Solutions:

  • Implement interior drainage systems to divert water from basements.
  • Apply exterior waterproofing measures to stop water intrusion.
  • Install sump pumps and drainage components for effective water management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
