About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Technician to join our team at Big Sandy Superstore. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality repairs, including repair and/or touch-up of leather, repair or sewing of fabric, and replacement of reclining mechanisms.
  • Repair and reinforce furniture frames to ensure durability and safety.
  • Conduct thorough bedding inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Order and manage parts and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of furniture repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment.
