POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the marketing strategies and initiatives within the organization. This position is essential for driving market research, executing promotional campaigns, pinpointing target demographics, and assessing prevailing market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Formulate strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
2. Execute comprehensive marketing plans encompassing print, broadcast, and digital content.
3. Develop branded advertising campaigns and assist the marketing design teams by organizing and compiling content.
4. Establish tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online endeavors.
5. Conduct market research to uncover marketing opportunities.
6. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
7. Distill complex data into accessible formats such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for stakeholders.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical thinker with adept problem-solving and research skills.
• Capacity to understand and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in gathering extensive data and translating it into insightful analysis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing techniques and databases, along with an understanding of advanced marketing principles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A valid Driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for travel related to off-site meetings and events.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
