  • Develop and promote team members, preparing them for advancement, growth, and cross-training within the company.
  • Implement mission-critical maintenance to increase reliability while reducing quality costs associated with production and process procedures.
  • Lead and respond to breakdown needs of the shop to ensure availability of operations equipment for on-time delivery.
  • Recommend and make modifications to equipment based on reliability and production needs.
  • Keep production and other records as necessary.
  • Work overtime and hours other than normal shift hours as required by management.
