Job Summary

USPI is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in St. Louis County. As a key member of our orthopedic surgery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support during surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in surgery, with a preference for orthopedic background
  • Current Missouri RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
