Job Overview

Position: Reliability Coordinator

Reports to: Maintenance & Reliability Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary: The Reliability Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our operational processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and effectively. This position is responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with operational safety and equipment performance, formulating strategies for effective maintenance scheduling, and enhancing overall production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support to various integrated product teams (IPTs).
  • Lead investigations into the root causes of repetitive damage and failure rates.
  • Engage in annual and long-term reliability and capital planning.
  • Offer technical assistance to supervisors and craftsmen as required.
  • Support the development and execution of operational objectives, facility services, programs, and contracts.
  • Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Oversee budget development, financial variance analysis, and operational analysis.
  • Collaborate with support teams on new initiatives and site retrofits.
  • Monitor, measure, and enhance the performance and awareness of systems.
  • Manage performance metrics to ensure effective program execution.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction through the use of surveys.
  • Work closely with product teams on shared objectives and cross-team projects.
  • Interface with partners and customer representatives as required.
  • Ensure end-to-end product quality and reliability, focusing on data collection and analysis.
  • Develop standards and procedures as business and customer needs evolve.
  • Conduct capacity planning and demand forecasting to meet system demands, identifying performance bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Understand legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts.
  • Identify and drive enhancements in infrastructure and system reliability, performance, monitoring, and overall platform stability.
  • Assist in the management of nonconforming materials and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present RAM assessments and lessons learned as necessary.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a life cycle asset management process for components, equipment, and processes across all facilities.
  • Identify, manage, and direct impactful projects from conception to completion.
  • Establish trust and maintain open, positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Rockwell Automation, KCF, MATLAB, Linux, Python, C, JAVA, R Language, Nand, and ALLO software and systems.
  • Reliability Engineering certification preferred; Six Sigma training is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in scripting, mechanisms, and Terraform processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud software and systems.
  • Fluent in control systems and capable of leading technical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate legal terms and commercial contract structures.
