Job Summary

The Procurement Analyst - Level 2 will play a crucial role in the planning and procurement of raw materials and components, working closely with the Lead Procurement Analyst to ensure seamless execution. As an integral part of the Supply Chain Department, this role will require effective communication with Management to drive success across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet organizational requirements.
  • Manage inventory part numbers, product specifications, and purchasing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Design and implement reporting systems to monitor purchasing activities and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for all required shipments.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders with prior approval.
  • Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm estimated and requested ship dates for ordered products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, materials management, or equivalent purchasing experience desired.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in materials management or purchasing.
  • ISM Certification preferred.
  • Must maintain 100% of all factory-required training, including being 100% compliant within the first 30 days.
