Job Opportunity

Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Automotive Title Clerk/Biller at their dealership in Zumbrota, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain vehicle title documents in compliance with state regulations
  • Prepare and submit title applications to appropriate agencies
  • Ensure accuracy of all title paperwork and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with vehicle registration and titling
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to complete necessary paperwork for vehicle transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title regulations and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an automotive title clerk or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in using automotive dealership software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of state title regulations and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
