We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Orrstown Financial. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing new and additional business for the Bank, including business loans and deposit relationships. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs, and proposing and recommending new products and services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Bank products and services to existing and prospective customers
* Conduct sales calls on public officials and educational institutions to develop banking relationships
* Analyze customer needs and propose new products and services to meet those needs
* Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Minimum three (3) years of experience in commercial and installment lending and business development
* Excellent sales and project management skills
* Proficient reading, verbal and written communication, presentation, decision making, analytical, interpretation, computer, customer service and interpersonal relations skills
* Solid working knowledge of lending and financial accounting
* Thorough knowledge of Bank's products and services
* Reliable follow through in completing assignments with minimal supervision
* Ability to work independently and handle diversified workload with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Professional interaction with customers, staff members and others
