Job Summary

The Assistant Supervisor serves as a member of the leadership team and will assist the Resource Center Supervisor in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and programs that support student learning and staff development.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Center Supervisor to create and manage budgets, curriculum activities, and other initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote student learning and engagement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university, preferably with a major in curriculum and administration.
  • Experience may substitute for college-level training.
  • TB Test Clearance.
  • Criminal DOJ & FBI fingerprint clearance.
  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Previous successful teaching experience in a personalized learning program and/or resource center environment is preferred.
