As a professional Class A CDL driver with Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI), you will receive the respect you deserve while pursuing your passion. Your role involves picking up products from Dot Foods suppliers and delivering them to our clients and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate DTI equipment to transport products as a top-tier driver.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory standards set by the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and other governing bodies.
- For roles that do not involve no-touch freight, load and unload dry and temperature-sensitive goods.
- Achieve established company objectives, including managing MPG, fuel expenditures, idle time, and speed.
- Interpret and comprehend DTI load documentation and product packaging descriptions.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in all areas of the role.
- Regular physical activity is required for all roles except no-touch freight; must be capable of safely lifting an average of 14 pounds and up to 60 pounds.
- Includes sitting, walking, or standing during work hours.

Essential Qualifications
- Class A CDL and a clean motor vehicle report or the ability to obtain a Class A CDL (we assist with driving school tuition for new drivers).
- Haz-Mat and tanker endorsements (can be acquired during training).
- Medical examiner certificate from a company-approved examiner.
- Ability to pass our physical ability test (PAT).
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- A safety-first mindset.
- Six months of over-the-road experience or graduation from an approved truck driver training program.
- High school diploma or GED.
