Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity

Washington Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Argyle, NY. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
