About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to residents, including administering medication and treatments, and monitoring their condition.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Document resident care services and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
  • Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
  • Maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
Requirements
  • Current State Registered Nurse RN License.
  • Long-Term Care experience preferred.
  • Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
