Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and experience working with CT scanners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of CT scans, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT scanning procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in CT technology and imaging techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology, preferably in CT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
