Position Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Specialist to enhance our communication strategies. In this role, you will be tasked with the design, development, and implementation of solutions utilizing CCM applications such as SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize customer communication processes and ensure the effective delivery of tailored and engaging messages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Development: Design, develop, and sustain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to fulfill business needs.
  2. Data Transformation: Execute data transformation tasks, including data mapping, XML parsing, and SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for customer communications.
  3. Template Design: Create and adjust templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring alignment with branding standards.
  4. Integration: Work with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for efficient data interchange.
  5. Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of CCM solutions to guarantee the precision and reliability of customer communications.
  6. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
  7. Collaboration: Engage closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance to enhance customer communication strategies.
  8. Training: Offer training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
  • Expertise in XML and data transformation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word for template design and document generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in SmartCOMM, xPression, or Thunderhead CCM applications.
  • Experience with additional CCM tools or platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript).
  • Understanding of document composition and variable data printing.
