Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients, providing consulting on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and benefits planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as a business partner to assigned clients, providing consulting on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and benefits planning.
- Works closely with recruiting specialists to provide recruiting support to assigned clients, including sourcing, interviewing, and working within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Implements, leads, and facilitates HR initiatives and projects, including training on employee development, coaching, and other management topics.
- Assists the Benefits Manager with disability and FMLA communications, providing guidance and support to management and employees on benefit issues.
- Manages the annual performance management process, consulting with managers and employees regarding process and tool.
- Mediates employee concerns and complaints, leading investigations and managing corrective actions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, including the Affirmative Action Plan, and maintains related records and reports.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws, staying up-to-date on current laws through research, seminars, and meetings.
- Partners with the Immigration Paralegal to file work visas for employee sponsorships.
- Handles unemployment claims and represents the company at unemployment hearings.
- Works closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy.
