Position Summary

As a Retail Security Specialist, your primary role will be to protect and serve our clients and their patrons within a retail environment.

Compensation: $17.25 / Hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific guidelines, and managing emergency situations when necessary.
  • React to incidents and critical scenarios with composure and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Perform regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas. Be aware that working conditions may differ based on client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with the law.
  • Drug screening will be conducted as permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles only.
