About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Skywalk Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that all food production meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train line cooks to maintain high-quality food production
- Manage inventory of stock and supplies to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Maintain kitchen standards for cleanliness, quality, safety, and compliance with codes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of progressive culinary experience, high-end dining preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
