This role involves completing thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds and witnesses, evaluating claim facts and policy coverage, and providing superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims to determine validity and coverage
- Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage to ensure accurate settlements
- Interview insureds and witnesses to gather information and evidence
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with policyholders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely settlements
Requirements:
- Available and communicative during regular business hours
- Desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide exceptional customer experience
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Valid driver's license
