Description:

Your Impact:

  • Review and develop construction documents, including design, plans development, project specifications, calculation reports, shop drawings, and cost estimates.
  • Provide support to Lochner's Aviation industry and work across various states.
  • Assist project managers in responding to Request for Proposals for business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Design: Lead and participate in stormwater and transportation projects, ensuring excellence in planning, design, and implementation.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, managing quality, budget, and timelines effectively.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Act as a mentor and coach to junior staff, nurturing a learning culture and contributing to their professional development.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay engaged with industry trends and advancements in stormwater and transportation.

Requirements:

  • PE License in WA is preferred.
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in drainage-related projects.
  • Prefer 3 or more years of experience in serving as a project technical lead or project manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • GIS experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with either MicroStation or Civil 3D.
  • Experience with managing task budget, schedule, and resources.
