Key Responsibilities:- Execute and coordinate plans for manufacturing processes, providing support to the team.
- Manage and evaluate financial metrics, including P&L, margins, EBITDA, and material costs.
- Assess and improve processes, systems, and team performance, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve production KPIs, utilizing ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Minimum 10+ years of plant management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong P&L management experience, with a deep understanding of financial metrics.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 10+ years of experience in a management role, with leadership training, KPIs, and performance development.
