Renaissance Lakewood LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products throughout our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and comprehend warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Operate company material moving equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pull materials for production lines in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Unload and load trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- Check materials delivered against standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Transport materials, samples, documents, mail, and packages between various buildings using company vehicles.
- Log and deliver non-inventory express packages in a timely and secure manner.
- Put away materials that are properly identified and labeled in compliance with cGMPs.
- Maintain and operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Fill out forklift log books to track maintenance and usage.
- Attend classes for operation and safety of forklifts to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prep finished goods for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Assist with Cycle Counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMPs, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Follow instructions given by the Supervisor and Materials Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Use applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Organize and clean work areas and equipment as needed to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience and certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Must pass a basic skills test to demonstrate proficiency in warehouse operations.
- Current valid NJ driver's license required.
