The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address health disparities among our members, while promoting a culture of inclusion within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Health Equity Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive health equity strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Program Management: Design, implement, and evaluate programs to reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes for diverse populations.
- Collaboration and Advocacy: Work closely with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and promote health equity and diversity.

- Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office. Highly self-motivated and directed. Proven leadership and creative problem-solving ability.
