Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health Equity and Diversity Initiatives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to address health disparities among our members, while promoting a culture of inclusion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health Equity Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive health equity strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Program Management: Design, implement, and evaluate programs to reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes for diverse populations.
  • Collaboration and Advocacy: Work closely with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and promote health equity and diversity.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and benchmarks to monitor the effectiveness of health equity initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, social work, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in public health or healthcare administration with a focus on health equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office. Highly self-motivated and directed. Proven leadership and creative problem-solving ability.
