Job Overview

SPEC Services Inc. is a leading engineering services company seeking an experienced Program Management Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure transparency and timely updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $120,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
