Job Description

This Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - MRI position will be alternating Saturdays between the Merrick and Freeport locations. As a key member of our team, you will perform high-quality MRI exams on incoming patients, ensuring patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.

You will administer contrast as needed, understand and use various equipment adjustments to produce high-quality images, and guide patients through the exam process with kindness and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
  • BLS certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
