Key Responsibilities:

- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless transitions of care and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- New York RN license/registration.
- BSN required.
- One year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association).
- ACLS certification (through American Heart Association) for all RNs, except for NICU and OR RNs.
Salary Range: $111,827 - $146,888 per annum.
