- Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing reports, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Financial Transactions: Process patient payments, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; commercial courses in filing, office methods, and business English preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills in Word and Excel; knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, and ICD9 coding.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
