Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on brewery equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
    • Identify and report potential quality or safety concerns to management.
  • Facilities Management
    • Perform facility-related duties as required or assigned, including basic welding, electrical service, and plumbing.
    • Support all departments when situations warrant and make connections between processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities operations role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge of proper and safe operation of equipment and facilities.
    • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
    • Mechanical aptitude required.
    • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Physical and Mental Demands
    • Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to frequently lift 50lbs to shoulder height and push or pull 160lbs.
