  • Maintain good health and emotional stability.
  • Ability to engage with residents of varying emotional and physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties:

  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
  • Conduct regular rounds to provide attentive nursing care.
  • Confirm resident identity prior to administering care or serving meals.
  • Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Facilitate meal preparation and assist residents during dining.
  • Support residents in daily activities and ensure their comfort.
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report any concerns to nursing staff.
  • Participate in training and educational programs as required.

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Practice proper hygiene before and after resident care.
  • Assist residents with personal grooming and hygiene tasks.
  • Document food intake and assist with feeding as necessary.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident health status.
  • Ensure safety and comfort for all residents during care.

Consumer Service:

  • Present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Uphold resident rights and address any concerns appropriately.
