Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization and process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certified immunizer preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
