Position Overview:
Role: Night Audit Supervisor
As a Night Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for balancing financial transactions and finalizing accounts each night. This role also includes maintaining essential records and preparing the system for the following day while executing Guest Service Agent responsibilities.

This position can lead to roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, or Front Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including account balancing and nightly audits.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, utilizing both manual and digital methods.
- Generate and distribute daily financial reports.
- Oversee and mentor any night auditors on the same shift.
- Audit and reconcile cash transactions.
- Address guest complaints and concerns through thorough investigation and effective resolution.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and strive to enhance overall guest experience.
- Timely audit, reconcile, and transmit all credit card transactions.
- Input and update financial data within the BRAINS network.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs while performing Guest Service Agent duties.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adhere to sustainability practices as outlined in HHM's EarthView program.
- Follow safety protocols and utilize protective equipment as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Develop specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to address service deficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in night auditing or accounting, or equivalent training is required.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, along with strong arithmetic skills.
- FSD certification is advantageous and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Work Environment:
- Work hours may vary, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
