About the Job

Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists in identifying patients who require rehabilitation services and refer them to our team.
  • Provide treatment to patients according to state practice guidelines and the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Document patient progress on weekly progress notes and obtain the co-signature of the Physical Therapist.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state as applicable.

Work Settings

Our Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a variety of settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, inpatient, clinics, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is USD $31.00 - USD $38.00 per hour.
