As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative care team, partnering with community-based providers and others to deliver personalized services. Our in-clinic pharmacies, medication management, and other services are leading the way to a new level of care.

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
  • Provide information to customers about medications and their use
  • Focus on providing a superior level of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
  • Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
  • Other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Requirements:

  • BS Pharmacy or Pharm D
  • Current pharmacist's license in the state of TN
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Willing to travel locally up to 50%

Preferred Qualification:

  • Certified Immunizer
