As a Swimming Pool Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a pristine, secure, and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors at the aquatic facility, aligning with Cornerstone Hospitality's commitment to exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with their poolside requirements, which may include providing fresh towels, adjusting seating arrangements, verifying guest registrations, and distributing recreational gear.
- Ensure cleanliness of the pool surroundings, including but not limited to, cleaning ashtrays, furniture, tables, decks, pool tiles, shower areas, slide surfaces, rocks, and cabanas.
- Manage pool towel inventory by collecting and restocking as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Oversee the usage of the facility, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns.
- Perform additional recreational duties as required to support overall guest satisfaction.
