Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, customer service, and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to salon staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality haircuts.
  • Monitor and control salon expenses, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
