Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Childcare Educator. In this position, you will be responsible for executing our educational programs, fostering a caring atmosphere, and establishing meaningful connections with children, families, and fellow staff members. Additionally, you will contribute to our center's objectives regarding enrollment, quality standards, and community involvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Background in childcare or early childhood education
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • Compliance with state-specific requirements for the position
  • Current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
  • Physical capability to operate a computer, lift at least 40 pounds, and work in various environments
  • Ability to engage in low-level interactions with children and participate in physical activities
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with parents and children
  • Creativity in designing and implementing educational activities
  • Collaborative spirit and teamwork skills

  • Deliver our curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each child
  • Establish a secure and nurturing space for both play and learning
  • Collaborate with families to ensure optimal care and education
  • Support the success of the center through teamwork with staff and leadership
  • Build positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues
  • Design and implement engaging and creative activities for children
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and needs
  • Work in partnership with peers to uphold a positive and enriching environment
