Carrier Network Strategist

Delivered Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our carrier network development efforts. As a Carrier Network Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new carrier partners, evaluating potential carriers, and negotiating contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with carrier partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead negotiations with carriers on rates, service levels, and contractual agreements.
• Monitor carrier performance using key metrics and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align carrier strategy with broader company goals.
• Drive innovation by working with carriers to adopt new technologies and improve service capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of last mile delivery experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience leading a team is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills are required.
