Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a school-based setting. As an SLPA, you will work closely with a Speech Language Pathologist to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities- Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistent communication support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication plans.
- Active or pending Texas state SLPA license.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Previous school experience preferred.
